General Questions
We offer four main service areas: AI/ML Solutions (predictive analytics, computer vision, NLP), SaaS Development (subscription-based platforms), Custom AI Tools (bespoke automation solutions), and Web Development (modern applications with Next.js, Vue.js, and Python). We handle everything from initial concept to deployment and ongoing maintenance.
We've delivered projects across healthcare, fintech, e-commerce, real estate, gaming/esports, education, and local businesses. Our technical expertise allows us to quickly understand industry-specific requirements and compliance needs, such as HIPAA for healthcare or PCI DSS for payment processing.
We work with clients globally and operate as a remote-first team. Our primary working hours overlap with US, European, and Asian time zones, allowing us to serve clients regardless of location. We use modern collaboration tools to ensure smooth communication across time zones.
Simply reach out through our contact page or schedule a call. We'll have an initial discovery conversation to understand your needs, followed by a proposal outlining scope, timeline, and investment. There's no commitment until you're ready to proceed.
Project & Process
Timeline varies based on scope. A simple website might take 2-4 weeks. An MVP typically takes 8-12 weeks. Complex SaaS platforms or AI solutions can take 3-6 months. We'll provide a detailed timeline estimate during our planning phase, and we're transparent about any factors that might affect delivery.
We follow an agile methodology with 2-week sprint cycles. Each sprint includes: planning, development, testing, and a demo where you see working software. This iterative approach lets you provide feedback throughout development, ensuring the final product matches your vision.
Absolutely. We provide access to a staging environment where you can see the latest version of your project. We also have bi-weekly demo calls where we walk through completed features, discuss upcoming work, and gather your feedback.
We offer various support packages ranging from ad-hoc maintenance to dedicated ongoing support. This includes bug fixes, security updates, performance monitoring, and feature enhancements. We also provide complete documentation and knowledge transfer if you prefer to manage things in-house.
Yes. You own all the code we write for you. Upon project completion, you receive full access to the source code repository, comprehensive documentation, and deployment guides. We believe in complete transparency and ownership for our clients.
Technical Questions
Our core stack includes: Frontend (Next.js, React, Vue.js, TypeScript), Backend (Python with FastAPI/Django, Node.js), AI/ML (TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn), Databases (PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Redis), and Cloud (AWS, GCP, Vercel). We select technologies based on project requirements rather than personal preference.
Yes. We regularly take over existing projects for maintenance, feature development, or modernization. We start with a code audit to understand the current state, then provide recommendations for improvements. We can work with most modern technology stacks.
We follow industry best practices: TypeScript for type safety, comprehensive test coverage (unit, integration, e2e), code reviews for every change, automated CI/CD pipelines, and linting/formatting standards. We also document our code and architecture decisions thoroughly.
Security is built into our development process from day one. We follow OWASP guidelines, implement proper authentication/authorization, use encryption for sensitive data, conduct regular security reviews, and can support compliance requirements like HIPAA, GDPR, and SOC 2.
Absolutely. We have experience integrating with payment processors (Stripe, PayPal), CRMs (Salesforce, HubSpot), communication tools (Slack, Twilio), cloud services (AWS, Google Cloud), and many other APIs. If it has an API, we can integrate with it.
Pricing & Payment
Project costs depend on scope, complexity, and timeline. Simple websites start around $3,000-$5,000. MVPs typically range from $15,000-$50,000. Enterprise solutions and complex AI projects can be $50,000+. We provide detailed estimates after understanding your specific requirements during our discovery phase.
We offer three models: Fixed Price (best for well-defined projects with clear scope), Time & Materials (flexible for evolving projects, billed hourly or weekly), and Dedicated Team (monthly retainer for ongoing development). We'll recommend the best model based on your project type.
Yes, we typically require a 30-50% deposit to begin work, with the remainder paid at agreed milestones or upon completion. For larger projects, we break payments into multiple milestones tied to deliverables. We can discuss payment terms that work for your situation.
No. Our proposals clearly outline all costs. Any third-party services (hosting, APIs, etc.) are listed separately with estimated costs. If scope changes during development, we discuss it before proceeding and provide updated estimates for your approval.
